How to read it: the best week is set to 100 and every other week is shown against it, so campaigns can be compared without showing spend.
Campaigns C and D stand for tests that were paused once their CPL index drifted up while CTR fell; their budget moved to the stronger campaign.
The funnel and channel views show why verified CPL and qualified rate, not raw CPL, govern the budget.
All values in this block are illustrative and anonymised; they are not any company’s account or CRM data.
Campaign-level detail, earlier work
Rebuilt from the original campaign spreadsheets and lead lists. CPL is shown in AED and leads as real counts; spend appears only as a share, never in dirhams. These are campaign details that sit inside the career totals below, not additions to them.

Monthly CPL went from AED 83 in November to AED 66 in December, then AED 98 in January and AED 154 in February. TikTok was the cheapest platform in November and December, Snapchat in January and February.
Bin Amy was the largest project in the campaign names (1,586 leads at AED 86). Al Marjan / Danah Bay and Mina Al Arab cost about twice as much per lead.
In the CRM list, about 4 in 5 of the leads that named an emirate lived outside Ras Al Khaimah, mostly in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. About 60% of those who gave a purpose were buying to live in.
Source: freelance campaign report (two client ad accounts, combined), one row per campaign, platform and date range, 1 Oct 2022 – 1 Mar 2023. Client account names are not shown.
Cleaning: each sheet’s own total row was excluded and used as a check. Tool and service rows (CRM, landing pages, bloggers, printing) were left out, so CPL counts media only. Campaign rows plus those rows add up to the sheet totals in US dollars; one account’s total also adds 5% VAT. A 1 Oct – 4 Nov block (23 leads) and 1 Mar spend adjustments are in the totals but not in the monthly bars. The CRM charts use the RAK lead lists: source and emirate from the Nov 2022 – Mar 2023 list (2,426 leads, emirate given by 1,112; Abu Dhabi includes Al Ain), purpose from the Oct 2022 – Feb 2023 list (856 leads, purpose given by 569).

Snapchat had the lowest CPL in both months and brought 36% of the leads on 33% of the spend; TikTok was the most expensive channel in both months.
Al Jurf and Bloom were the cheapest projects to generate leads for (AED 64 and AED 77). Saadiyat Lagoons started on 29–30 Oct, so its CPL rests on two reporting days.
“Multi-project ads” are the general and luxury-villa campaigns that advertised several projects at once. Parkside (2 leads) is left out of the project charts.
Source: PSI campaign daily report (September and October sheets), 24–28 Sep and 1–30 Oct 2022, one row per campaign, platform and reporting date.
Cleaning: each sheet’s own total row was excluded and used as a check. Platform rows add up to the sheet totals to the dirham in both months, and leads match in October. One 29 Sep row with 12 Facebook leads and no spend was left out, so September shows 452 leads against the sheet’s 464. A daily CPL trend is not drawn: several rows cover multi-day blocks and some dates have no rows.

Snapchat had the lowest CPL over the period (AED 82) and Google the highest (AED 129); Google’s CPL rose to AED 209 in September.
Azizi Riviera campaigns brought the most leads (2,174 at AED 87). Ras Al Khaimah campaigns were the second-largest group.
Source: freelance campaign daily report (July, August and September sheets), 3 Jul – 21 Sep 2022, kept by a team of four; 47–72% of the campaign rows each month were created by me.
Cleaning: each sheet’s own total row was excluded and used as a check; the side columns with daily totals were not used. Website lines with leads but no spend (50 leads) and two Twitter rows (1 lead) were left out; with them, rows add up to the sheet totals exactly. Google Discovery and Google Search are combined.
